Can i attach a battery to 100 LEDS?
I am making a costume which will have LED’s all over, I cannot be plugged in all night so would it be possible to attach a battery to these lights on eBay Item Number: 270658571202. Surely LED don’t take much power, hardly any and last for ages. As stated on the listing: Powered Input: AC 220-240V (suitable for 220-240V electricity supply countries ) This item cannot be used with 110V electricity supply directly.
not really suitable for what you want. look for low voltage LED.s. then a simple battery pack will suffice.
it may be worth looking at something like xmas tree LED light string. then uncouple the transformer ( wont be needed ) and fit (wire in with a switch) a battery pack to suit. not a mammoth task and any electrician should eb able to advise accordingly a circuit.
