What plant or flowers grow best in direct sunlight?
I live in Florida and my front garden get the 10 am to 5pm direct sun rays. Seems most plants and flowers I try to grow just wilt from the sun heat, no matter how much I water them. I love colorful flowers and greenery landscaping and I cant get to grow them
In Florida the only one that really loves direct sunlight is the rose bush, and if you can find a Cracker Rose also called Louie Phillip, i think. It is ever blooming, summer and winter, it is a bush but will grow tall and even climb a tree if you let it.. Our sun is too strong and hot for most sun loving plants. Even when you buy a plant and it says plant in full sun, you better have a shade tree near by to shade it a little in the afternoon. Enjoy your garden
