I recently purchase a globe terrarium for carnivorous plants, read more in details, can’t fit ait all here?
It contains:
2 sundews
1 butterwort
2 venus flytraps
it’s going to be an indoor terrarium, it has an open top but then again, its a globe type for humidity but still lets bugs in, the plants are all acclimated to temperate climates
My questions are:
what are the ideal soil conditions dampness wise? i have CP soil mix
how much sunlight and what type (filtered,direct?)
how should i winterize it? should i just put the whole thing in the basement or fridge it? (I live in Bozrah, CT for temperature reference)
any advice at all is welcome, i have some experience with CPs but none with winterizing (led to the death of 2 venus flytrap plants)
