Would a 400w high pressure sodium lamp be too hot to run in a space that’s approx 2x6x7.5?
My measurements aren’t exact, just rounded off. If it is gonna be too hot, what is a safer alternative?
yep, go with cfl’s you can get big ones at lowes, home depot. you could get a air cooled hood for your 400w then you need to vent it out. which requires two 4in. holes, and a inline fan. plus two fresh air (in & out) holes, or you’ll cook whatever it is your growing. “compact fluorescence lights” work extremely well. three big ones.
