should i cut my hair or let it grow(i’m a guy)?
i don’t know whether to let my hair grow to my shoulders or cut it. i am 14, about 5’7, my hair is dark brown and curly. i think that leaving my hair grow would fit my personality seeing as i’m a guitarist (and am in a band) and my favorite band is Led Zeppelin. if my hair was long it would look very similiar to jimmy page’s. however, i am not sure if letting my hair grow will turn the girls away. please help me with this decision

No mullets. Either grow it long or keep it short, one or the other.
No dye for long hair (Did you see the lead singer in My Chemical Romance?) It really is a pain to touch up.
Go for the Kurt Cobane look initially, until you can get it all one length. Bandannas and baseball caps NOT WORN TOGETHER can keep the hair out of your face, because only girls can do bangs (it’s so NOT Led Zeppelin, too, more like the Monkees!)
Girls like musicians, so don’t worry about that. Worry more about teachers. You will need to “polish the apple” and be more diligent with homework and in class than your preppy peers.
Such is the price of self expression.
One guy used to hang out and play for the teachers in the lunchroom during his spares. That worked well.

Oh, yeah, get a wide toothed comb for after washing, you WILL need conditioner, and spritz in some leave-in conditioner after towel drying and NEVER EVER blow dry.
