for seasoned bodybuilders?

I have been bodybuilding for three months. I weigh 196 pounds, 5 feet 11 inches. this is the beginning of my third month. i lift heavy, start with light for warm up and work my way up to 4-5 reps max. My bench is 330 and standing curl is 110 zbar and one armed preacher maxed at 75 each hand. My squat is 300lbs. i stress my body to the max and do cardio everyday. i do great form and continually to go up in weight every week to make myself grow (increase the weight to stimulate muscle fibers). i am wondering since this is the very beginning of my third month, i’ve seen aome changes in arms and chest but how long before i see huge results? my diet is on as well as my training. i just want to know for those who do not juice how long does it take to see massive growth. what is the typical time frame? am i looking at 3-4 months? 5-6? truth please by those who are there or have been there. thanks

You’re actually doing quite well after only 3 months, judging by the amount of weight you are lifting. However, my personal opinion – and what’s always worked for me – is to abstain from that low – rep mentality and through cheating, partials, momentum and forced reps, turn that 4 – 5 reps into 11 – 13 on your seated alternate DB curls, and 30 – 35 reps on your heavy DB incline press for chest. Work EVERY set to COMPLETE failure. ///// Never train any body part more than once a week, and never more than 7 or 8 sets per bodypart. ////// Real BULK comes from carbing up with lots of white rice, bread, potatoes, pasta & beans. Protein does NOT restore glycogen levels in the muscles, carbs do. Bodybuilding takes time to achieve your goals. You already have a good base. Just remember to eat like a pig, lift HEAVY, max out every set to failure, use Creatine, Soy protein and Glutamine post WO along with a multi-vite / multi-mineral, cal-mag, Zinc, Potassium, 3000 MG Vit. C, 400 IU Vit. E, B50 and keep in mind : if it doesn’t hurt, it doesn’t work. “GO HARD OR GO HOME.”
