Explain this product i’m buying. HPS cool tube with 400watt ballast?
Hey, i’m going to school for horticulture and a majority of my classmates are already have a greenhouse. I was going to experiment with indoor and outdoor growing but know nothing about the technicalities when it comes to lights. Here is a link to a light i was thinking about purchasing from amazon.

Is this light indeed a great deal as the comment selection is saying? When it says 6 inch tube, is it talking about the diameter, or the length of the entire tube itself? About how many plants could i grow under this light? Is there a better deal that i’m missing out on? I’m a young college student, and money is somewhat tight. I need to know the best deal i can get.
