What can I do stimulate hair growth?
I have heard it said that kelp shampoo stimulates hair growth but is it really possible to use products on the scalp to get hair to grow?
Is there something that can be taken orally? I wondered if a lack of hair growth might be to do with a deficiency in a vitamin or mineral of some kind… anyone got any real, honest ideas?
My hair hasn’t grown any longer in the past 7 years!

okay so here are some vitamins that help:
*Vitamin E (increases blood flow and oxygen to the scalp therefore making it grow faster get the Spring valley brand.) *Vitamin C (found in oranges and strawberries maintains hair health keeps it healthy.)
*Vitamin B6 and B12. (Makes it grow bc its needed for hair to grow) *Bananas have potassium and natural biotin. And if u dye your hair or highlight it or use any form of heat i strongly suggest holding off until it is long and healty bc the more it breaks off the longer it will take to grow. So if i were u i’d buy a pair of trimming scissors. A trim is a snip off the ends nothing more than that. Take womens one a day multivitamin it has alot of vitamins be patient dont stress in 3 months u should see a difference. Put it up if its long enough. Think nothing of it. Distract yourself from it.
