How to deal with people from THE HOOD?
I have neighbors behind us 1 is a ward of the state, what does that mean? Please don’t take this as being racist by any means in order for you to get a better picture of what I am talking about I will describe them, women is white, has had many black boyfriends and they hang out with the worste of the worste from the hood and bring them into our nice neighborhood. She has a mentality of a sick twisted bi-polar whatnot, he has a hothead and every word that comes out of his mouth and its screaming as always is f this f that. They raise pit bulls, they beat them, called the cops many times and even had brought them to court on the dogs, order states that she is to have a family dog with 6ft fench, kennel and leashed all times, ok so here it is, many calls to the police with the pit bull running loose in her back yard with 4ft broken fence and no collar, it appears that they know how to work the system all the time, how to deal with this trash?
well start with a court order , get one then follow up on everything that’s on the order to the letter , then get a new one for what ever works, then again you can do the fence thing and build it high
