why is the airbag light on in the instrument panel?
I have a 95 toyota corolla, and i bought it used. The wheel was not align with the tires correctly, so i removed the wheel and put back in. But then i notices that the airbag light in the panel stayed on. I disconected the battery and it didn’t work. I think the airbags are off, and they might not work in case of an accident..what should i do?? how do i turn that light off?..thank you!
Your air bags will not work, because the light on the dash is telling you there is a problem with them. However the bags could deploy at any time. Get it scanned it just may need a sensor. If you just want to turn the light off, take out the fuse. That WILL NOT fix your airbags.
