What would a fascist United States look like?
In the dictionary, fascism is states as being “a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.” It’s been said that there are few fascist or neo-fascists in America, or if there are they don’t identify as such.
However, with all the talk of America becoming socialist, I’m growing curious as to what would happen if it were to embrace other governments, fascism being one of them. If the United States embraced fascism, what would be different? the same? better? worse?
We came as close as we ever have when Bush was President.
