replacing the light in an aquarium?
how do i do this, and which light should i get… i have no idea what i should be looking to buy… this is what i have so far
an eight gallon with a strip light thing, and it has this little screw in thing. the screw in thing says : HUL starter, fs-1p 110v-120v, fl 10-20w fcl 20-30w with condenser.
what does this all mean, and which light do i buy???
btw, i have live plants, and dont know what wattage would be best for them. thanks for any help.
i just figured out how to take out the strip, and it says aqua ace, bioplant 16w
do i buy this or the twist in thing?

the “screw in thing” is the starter, as you described, i would replace it, as for the light, go for a 16w bulb, either the bioplant again, or a artificial sun light bulb, both are used for plant growth, but also helps algae growth
