Does anyone have feedback about LED GROW LIGHT PANEL BLUE/RED LAMP FOR HYDROPONICS?
I am interested in starting off chilli seedlings using LED GROW LIGHT PANEL BLUE/RED LAMP FOR HYDROPONICS with asmall aqua ponics system anyone used these LED lamps for seedlings? Is it worth the outlay?

If you get viable advice on this question please forward to me. Growing plants under total spectrum is something I would like to know too. I do know Home depote/Lowes have total spectum light bulbs but not sure what is needed to project the light over an area of space. Conjb@yahoo.com.
