Metal Halide Saltwater

Metal Halide Saltwater
Saltwater aquarium owners!!?

Well this is my first saltwater tank and I have tried to do as much research as I can. I’m purchasing a 125 gallon aquarium that has 100lb of live rock, 100lb of live sand and a few damsels and shrimp in it already. It has metal halide lights, Fx5 filter. Anyway my question is about the fish I plan to gradually add. I want 2 false percula clowns, yellow tang, blue hippo tang, 2 firefish goby, flame angel, lawnmower blenny, green mandarin dragonet, pearly jawfish, pink tip conalactus arrow crab, scarlet hermit, emerald crab, feather duster, blue linckia star, and a purple urchin. I hope to add some coral at some point to. So do these all sound compatible, and any suggestions on what order to add them? What other actual fish can I add? Any other info you think I should know. Thanks, greatly appreciated!

Ok first off if you plan to add two or more fish of the same species add them all at the same time. So that would go for your tangs and clowns and make sure the clowns are the same species don’t mix them. If I were you I would skip the blue hippo for now. I added one to my tank and it got ich and he died along with my lion fish and caused me a lot of stress trying to save them. All tangs are very sensitive to ich but I hear that the yellows are the best for starters. Don’t go for the blue star. They often starve themselves to death in captivity for some reason. I have a chocolate chip and a brittle star and they are both awesome. Just watch out because the choc chip is known to eat corals but mine does fine as long as he is well fed. Purple urchins are amazing I love mine. Save the green mandarin for last. your tank should be established for at least 6- 12 months before adding one because most only eat live copepods although some people can get theirs to eat prepared foods. Once your sure you have some pods then you can try a mandarin but a lot of times they starve to death. Everything else sounds good.
