how do I know if a “switchable” Metal Halide (MH) bulb will be compatable with my ballast?
I have a 600w HPS ballast. I heard of a switchable MH bulb. Will this work on my system? Also, if anyone knows why I shouldn’t just sell the system and get a switchable ballast, I could use some advise. Thanks!
you need a MH conversion bulb 600W. this converts the hps ballast output the right way to run your mh. theyre a bit more expensive than reg bulbs, and you may have to special order a 600w. conversion
