Reef tank setup question?
So I have a 55 gallon 48″x12″x21″. I have 60lbs of live rock and 60lb of live sand. Two hydor koriala evo powerheads 750 and 1050. Its filtered by xp2 and a seaclone 100 skimmer. Also I have a hang on back refuguim by aquafuge. My lighting is a Wavepoint 4 lamp ho t5 fixture with the stock bulbs. I have api master saltwater test kit. Am I missing anything else or change anything?

The only real suggestion is to remove all biological media in the xp2 and only use it for mechanical and/or chemical media. The live rock and live sand, as well as the refugium, will handle all the biological filtration for you.
You might have too much current (depending what type of reef), but that is not necessarily a bad thing! You can deflect a lot of that flow by pointing in the live rock pile or pointing the powerheads toward the surface for nice surface water movement. You can also use a wavemaker device to alternate the flow and reduce the max flow at any given time. Koralia have a more diffused output stream and higher flow rates are not as drastic as higher flow rates in other powerheads as well.
Oh, yeah, on the seaclone watch for leaking on the bottom joint….some do, some do not, and some start to leak over time especially if handled a lot.
Oh, and of course, you need a quality salt mix and hydrometer as well as something to mix the water in.
Depending on your application, a heater is a good idea if the room is cooler (lower than 74F, or a chiller if the room gets too hot, over 85F).
