Tomatos under grow light transplant question?
(I grow vegetables under a T5 High Output fluroecent (4 tube))
Anyway, i started my tomatos to eairly to put outside, there getting to big so im going to put 1 plant in a big pot and put it outside durring the day and inside at night , but my QUESTION is , is it better to transplant them durring the light hours or the dark hours, meaning should i transplant when my lights turn on, or transplant right before they turn off (want to reduce transplant shock)
