T5 lighting. 2ft globes, 14w or 24w? Can it hold both? Help

Hello, considering buy a new 2ft double t5 setup.
The setup comes with 2 globes already, a 12k white and blue one. Both are 14w.
Im going to be growing plants so i’m looking to replace the blue one with a Power-glo from hagen that is quite pinky and helps with plant growth. However these t5 2ft gloves are 24w each. Will my unit be able to support it? They are both t5, but these hagen lights are more powerful. Would i need to buy a light that can support higher wattage globes? Or will the hagen light work fine in the unit, but draw more power.

My question is in regards to lighting wattage, not ways to grow plants >.>
You may have a problem with algae and excessive heat. If you want to encourage plant growth, look into a CO2 infuser.
