whats difference between gls style and cap stick bulb? does it matter which?
Hi just wondering if anyone could explain to me what the difference it between a gls style energy saving bulb and a cap stick energy saving bulb and can you use both bulbs in any fitting as long as its less than 100 watt and ES E27 Fitting which is what my light fitting says it requires?

GLS style has a glass envelope and looks vaguely like a traditional shape.
cap stick has the two/four rods and no covering to disguise the shape
