What’s better for growing plants in an aquarium?
I have a 24″ Coralife T5 HO light. I was wondering which would be better:
2x 10,000k Daylight bulbs vs 1x 10,000k Daylight bulb and 1x 6700k Life Glo bulb
It doesn’t actually matter, because color temperature isn’t a factor when it comes to plant growth. While 10000k and 6700k looks different to the human eye, the amount of usable light (PAR) for the plants should be virtually the same with either bulb. For what it’s worth, I personally think a 10000k+6700k combination would be more aesthetically pleasuring than double 10000k bulbs.
