From Cali now live in PA I NEED Tri-Tip on the east coast!?
I lived in Cali and grew up on Tri-Tip the best meat possible, I now live in Pennsylvania and most people havent heard of it, Is there anywhere I can get tri-tip on the east coast?
NimanRanch is one of the best beef places I know… they do mail delivery… you could always order a tri tip through there site and grill it yourself… find a nice recipe and it should be pretty easy..
I use to get there meat at the S.F farmers market but the are no longer there since they are expanding: (
