How much money can I save switching to LED light bulbs?
I have CFLs right now and want to switch to 8 watt LED light bulbs. It will cost around a grand to buy all the bulbs. Do they really last for years? Are there real savings? Also does anyone have any GOOD websites to walk you through switching certain electronics and appliances for serious savings energy wise? I’d like to see some actual numbers if possible. Thanks!
It will save your electric bills about 75% compared to the old bulb everything being equal. The LED will last longer,not less than 5 years. 4 watt Led might equal 40-60 watt of the old one.
