1. Biodegradable materials have lots of advantages over an inorganic fertilizer. First, it is more effective in growing process of a plant, especially the mongo seed, because it is made of pure natural ingredients like dry leaves, solid wastes, decayed remains of organisms but in inorganic fertilizer, it is the other way around because it was produced using chemical substances. Second, it is much easier to produce, since it contains natural ingredients we can be able to get it from anywhere. Third, it is more efficient to use in soil in order to have a healthy plants. Plants grow faster using decayed materials and farmers use it because it is cheaper.
2. Plant A contains inorganic fertilizer, Plant B contains biodegradable materials and Plant C doesn’t contain any fertilizer. All the plants have 5 pieces of mongo seed and one ounce of water is regularly given to each plants.

Too much of a run on sentence and lots is not a good word to be using. Here is how I would re-word it.

Plants grow faster using decayed materials and farmers use it because it is cheaper.
I also prefer the comma after the “and” in the remaining paragraphs. Technically, it belongs there — however it has become a generally accepted practice to leave it off.
In the second paragraph, you are again running on. Also, “each plants” is incorrect, you should use “each plant.” Make it two sentences like this:
All the plants have 5 pieces of mongo seed. One ounce of water is regularly given to each plant.
