HELP. Would SOMEONE please help me out with my plan to lose weight?
Breakfast:
Original Special K w/ 1% milk, OR Grape Nuts w/ 1% Milk, OR Special K waffles (nothing on them), OR oatmeal.
Lunch:
Special K Protein Meal bar, OR Campbells Healthy Request Chicken noodle soup, OR grilled chicken and cilantro wrapped in corn shells, OR Healthy Choice meal, OR Peanutbutter on whole grain low cal bread.
Snacks in between (will pick 2-3 of each):
Yogart
Steamed veggies (broccoli, green beans)
Cherry tomatos and green peppers w/ light ranch dip
Banana or Apple
Grapfruit slices
Mixed fruit cup
Wasa Crackers
Wheat thins
Sugar Free Jello Cup
45 cal. cup-a-soup (high sodium I know but fills me up)
Dinner will vary but i will use portion control and avoid fried things.
Drinks:
Water
Propel
Canada Dry (carbonated water)
Green Teas
I briskly walk 30 min or do eliptical 40 min 5 times a week..sometimes I do some stair climbing too on top of those.
Suggestions or opinions?
I’m 135lbs wanting to gradually lose about 15lbs.
This sounds like a lot of work. I know that losing weight is extra work and takes a lot of effort and even more will power. Do you have access to weight watchers? I got on weight watchers and lost a lot of weight and I haven’t gained it back. Usually they have meetings in your area. All you have to do to find one is get on www.weightwatchers.com. You could go to the first meeting free and see if you like the program. The best thing about weight watchers is that you can eat whatever you want and you have a point value and by excersing you can increase your points for the day. I hope that I have helped you. I looked over your diet and it wouldn’t work for me. With a family and everything it just wouldn’t work. I cook and want to eat with them. I hope that whatever you try you get the weight off. It really shouldn’t take very long since you are only losing 15lbs. (I wish that’s all I wanted to lose right now.lol)
