Are LED grow lights very good? are they as good as fluorescent or filament grow lamps?
Is it worth buying one?
Any advice or personal experiences welcome, thank you.
It’s just, i don’t wanna buy them and then couple weeks later im realizing they are not good, and not very powerfull.
Do LED grow lights require them to be left on for longer or even left on permanent?
LED grow lights have gotten a lot better in the last 10 years or so. They can be almost as effective as HPS or metal halide lights if you use the right kind of lights. Make sure you have blue lights for vegetating and red lights for flowering. Some grow lights have both types of lights on the same panel, while others may be sold as separate lights for each stage of the plant’s growth.
