Do LED Grow lights work?
Overall I hear they aren’t that great. My apartment has a westward facing window and I get about 2-3 hours of sunlight per day I was wondering if a LED grow light would help me grow more sunlight needing plants such as tomatoes.
My grandmother has one that she uses on her tomato plants but she has to leave it on for like 10 hours a day to give them all the light they need. It does work though, but it just seems like a long time to leave a light on if you ask me, although sense they are LEDs they’re not costing that much with electric and she definately says it’s worth it, she just set hers on a timer so she didn’t have to worry about turning it on and off all the time which is nice.
