What Arcadia tube light bracket for a 36″ Arcadia UV Light?
I have brought a new 4ft Vivarium for my bearded dragon and I need to buy a tube light as well as a basking lamp!
Would an Arcadia ULTRA Seal Controller ACU30 25/30W be ok with a Arcadia 36″ UVB 10%/12% Tube light??? or would they not fit!?
Also, what basking lamps would you reccomend with this, is a normal 100W bulb with a metal shade ok???

I am not familiar with the fixture you mentioned, but as long as it is a 36″ fixture, your 36″ bulb should fit. And congrats, you picked the best bulb on the market, so that’s a good thing.
A normal bulb will work fine as a basking bulb. The wattage will just depend on the size of your enclosure, how close the light is to the basking spot, the ambient temps in your house, etc etc. But I use a 100W on a 4ft viv so I would guess you should be able to make it work.
Do you have a good way to measure the temps? The only accurate way is with a temp gun or a digital thermometer with a probe directly on the basking spot. This temp should be 100-110 (37.7-43.3C) and the cool side should be around 80 (25.5-27.7C). Temps are essential to digestion, so if your temps are not hot enough, he could be at risk of impaction and other digestive issues.
