The pilot light comes on on our new H150 Hayward heater, but the burner doesn’t ignite.?
My husband held the switch for 1 minute like it said, but it still won’t light. It is a new heater.
The way your question is worded doesn’t make much sense and I would like to see you re-post it.
The title says that the pilot light DOES come on but then you say your husband held the button in for one minute like it said but the pilot doesn’t light.
So tell us if the pilot DOES light or not. If it does then tell us if it is the main burner that will not ignite. OK?
