is there such a thing as a battery powered LED grow light?

Not that actually works. Plants use energy from light as “food.” They can’t live on what comes out of a battery powered LED. Even mains powered led grow lights don’t work all that because the light spectrum is not like the sun.
Batteries cost more than electricty from the mains, too. It doesn’t pay to do it that way.
