why wont ammonia drop in aquarium after 2 weeks in fishless cycle?
im still doing a fishless cycle…its been some time now, anyhow im using API master test kit. well i got the ammonia around 5 ppm and its been there for quite a while. PH is at 7.4 and auqatech 5-15 filter is running full performance 150 watt heater set at 30 degree celcius bubble wand wide open plus a powerhead. all this in a lightly planted ten gallon tank with the ammonia level at 5ppm. but nothing is happening 2 weeks into the cycle. 
im so frustrated at this point i just wanna tear this thing apart. please help me!

Sounds like your beneficial filter bacteria isn’t quite up to speed yet. One way to speed things up is to get some good bacteria from the filter in a disease free and well functioning tank. If you have another tank or know someone close by, take the filter out of the other tank, dip the filter foam (or whatever media you use) in a cup containing a little bit of water from the same tank. Within 30 minutes (while the good bacteria are still alive) dip your filter foam in that same cup of water. In this way you’ve transferred some needed bacteria and within a few days, you should be all set.
Final note: unless you intend to keep Discus or one of a very few species requiring water that warm, why have you chosen 30°C? Most fish do better at slightly lower temps – like 24-25°C. The oxygene content in the water goes down when the temperature goes up and at 30 degrees you may find your fish standing just below the surface because there isn’t enough oxygene available.
