why a candle grow more light than a lpg stove?
When wax burns in a candle, the chemical reaction has a deficiency of oxygen. Burning wax in excess of oxygen will result in a dim blue flame and carbon dioxide and water. But when the oxygen level is low (like in air), not all of the carbon in the wax goes to carbon dioxide, and it instead forms tiny particles of soot. These tiny particles are hot, they are so hot that they are glowing yellow/orange. This is what creates the yellow flame of a candle. In an lpg stove, sufficient oxygen is mixed with the fuel gas so that the burning is more complete, and very little carbon soot is produced, so we are just left with a dim blue flame. But this process produces more energy from the same amount of fuel than inclomplete burning, so we can get more heat, whihc is what we want for a stove.
