I have SAD, will my T5 Sun Blaze plant light help?
I live in a northern state where our winters are long and dismal. The doc suggested that I may have SAD, and that purchasing a lamp specifically made for SAD sufferers would help.
I have a blue spectrum grow light for my plants, a T5 Sun Blaze 4 ft that outputs 5000 lumens at 6500K. Would sitting in front of this mimic the benefits I would get from a special SAD light?
