Which is do you think is better ?
For a vegetable grow room indoor for 1 plant is CFL better or Metal Halide and if so then how many watts recommend
Metal Halide will give better intensity per watt. Otherwise, get a 4 foot 4 tube ceiling trougher, and stand it on end. I have grown pepper plants indoors with the single trougher with good results. The mini bell peppers are a hoot. My setup rates about 12,0000 lumens. So compare based on luminsity. The spectrum is better with metal halide, followed by conventional flourescent daylight tubes.
