How do I file a report against a slumlord who refuses to fix anything?
I have a landlord who refuses to fix leaks and electrical problems in the triplex i’m living in, how would i go about filing a report to make her repair them?
Current problems:
toilet leaks
sink leaks
circuit box looks like a jigsaw puzzle with wires tapedwire nut together in order to bring power to both the 220volt dryer and the 220 volt ac unit.
washer and dryer she provided is out in the rain.
front porch light shorts out when it rains.
carpet is getting soaked because of the leaks and is beginning to smell (and grow)
i carpet clean as often as i can but it’s costing me a small fortune in soap for the carpet cleaner.

You would have to report this to a judge, suing your landlord for breach of contract.
No one else will interfere.
