I started dating my best friend on March 21st he came over and everything because my other friend and I had a fight and he was involved and he wanted to make sure that I was alright and talking led to making out and now we’re still boyfriend and girlfriend the only problem is that he’s 21 almost 22 and I’m 15 almost 16 and he’s the son my dad never had and my dad doesnt know but we want to tell him but we dont want to break up. My boyfriend is a fire fighter as is my dad so whenever I see him at the Fire House i cant act to weird or act too much like his girlfriend around my dad. But we still smile and always talk and everything. I love him with all my heart and everything. Tonight is my sweet sixteen party and everything and my boyfriend is going to be there and my dad wouldnt think anything of it. But he’s getting a candle obviously do you think that thats right to tell my family and friends all at once like that? what should I do? what should we do? what would you do?
i think i’m older than you 1 year, and i’ve been through this situation before, my parents do not allow me to date anyone till i get to 18, but we can be friends, friends is kind of a simple word but it is so complicated, you can’t be friend with the one you really love, so if i were you, i would tell my parents the truth, because parents are the one who know what is good for us, then have a discussion with them about this, deal somethings like you won’t let it effect your education, the limitation of time when you go out with him, i’m pretty sure that your parents woul understand how you feel, cause there was a time they were 16 as well
