Nintendo DSi AC Adapter, 110v or 220v?
I recently bought a new Nintendo dsi, and it came with 2 ac adapters: the original WAP-002 (EUR) Nintendo adapter which is labeled 230V~50Hz, and another ac adapter (free from the shop i got the DSi from) labeled AC100V-220V 50/60Hz 12VA. our outlets at home are usually 220, but we do have an AVR with a 110 outlet. i want to use the original to charge my DSi, but i can’t tell whether it is a 110V or 220V adapter, and i don’t have a voltage tester. hod do i determine if it’s 110V or 220V based on the label alone?
as long as you are using a ac adaptor made for the dsi it really does not matter which you use as long as the one you use is plugged into the right voltage (ie the 110 plugged into a 110 source) for it, it will have the proper output voltage from either 110 or 220 volt input
