My Gossen Ultra Pro exposuremeter / light meter LCD wont light up. Is it worth paying to have it fixed?
Put a fresh 9 volt in the light meter & the LCD is supposed to turn on instantly when the battery is inserted. The LCD is blank.
Bogen Imaging, the US distributor of Gossen has a fixed rate repair of $181.50 for that meter.
Or they will replace it with a GO 4045/Starlite for $637.07
