I need help installing a flourecent light bulb.?
I bought a kit from lowes for a flourecent light bulb i plan to set up for my sulcata tortoise. it is made for 15 watts. so its good to go. I have a ballast and the connectors and a starter all wired up to each other. i have a black and a white cable coming out of the ballast. i want to be able to plug it in to surge protector and have it run that way. i dont know how to wire it though. thanks guys.
Purchase a lamp cord,a 3/8 romex (NM) connector and two small wire nuts. Install the connector into the fixture, run the lamp cord through it and connect the white and black wires to the cord, tighten the connector on the lamp cord and plug it in
